We've upgraded to a Lang 108 Deluxe, which is even bigger - so we can cook for very large crowds (pictured is our previous Lang 60 deluxe chargrill).  You can rent our Lang wood-fired smoker with me as your pitmaster for your next special event.  A great solution for tailgating and the big game, family reunions and special events. We will provide wood for the fire (oak, hickory, cherry and pecan - based on availability).  All setup and operation will be hassle free.  We can even help you source quality meats at the best prices per your needs.  ** Prices start at $300 **
